By booking a slot on our website, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions outlined herein.

Your booking is subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings at our discretion.

Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your slot. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in these terms and conditions.

Requests for rescheduling must be made within 48 hours of the booking date. We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests, subject to availability. Rescheduled slots must be within the next 15 days from the original booking date.
No Show: Failure to attend the booked slot without prior notice will result in forfeiture of the payment, and the slot will be released to other customers.

We do not offer refunds for cancellations. However, if exceptional circumstances arise, please contact us to discuss your situation.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, government regulations, or disruptions in internet services.
